We start with a flat hanging panel that wraps into a duffle measuring 20.5 by 9.8 by 12.2 inches. The structure holds jackets flat against the liner before the ends zip up into a 41-liter weekend bag.
When unpacked at home, the whole piece folds down to 9.25 by 8.26 inches. At 1.58 pounds, it sits in a drawer until the next departure.
What we built into it
Hanging Suit Panel
Garments lay across the full length of the unfolded interior to limit creasing along collars and hems. Two internal mesh pockets hold small accessories, while the perimeter zips together into a fully closed duffle shell.
Isolated Shoe Pouch
On the left side panel, a dedicated shoe compartment keeps footwear away from clean shirts and suit fabrics. The water-resistant plain polyester shell sheds splashes and resists tears along the main seams.
Multiple Carry Options
Padded grab handles sit balanced in the hand for short walks. A detachable shoulder strap adjusts for cross-body carry, while the rear trolley sleeve slides over a rolling suitcase handle.
