Why we never ask how many liters
Most bag listings lead with a capacity figure. Ours mostly do not: 11 of our 37 bags name one anywhere on the label. A question about liters would come back "not stated" on the other 26, and an answer like that is worse than never asking.
So the questions above ask what you are putting inside instead, and those we read off the listing itself. Of these bags, 23 name a padded laptop sleeve and the screen it takes, 27 call some part of themselves water-resistant, and 26 print their outside dimensions in inches. Where a bag says nothing, its page leaves the line out rather than fill it in.
If nothing comes back, press your least important answer a second time to clear it and look again. Or skip the questions and walk a shelf: garment duffles, rolling bags, gym and court and work and study cases. The packing notes cover what to put in once you have picked.
