Fourteen separate pockets and collapsible interior dividers keep upright spray bottles from tipping into clean rags. We built this 42L tote from 900D fabric so heavy jugs stay organized on the move.
Reinforced hardboards stiffen the sides and bottom beneath thick padding. When your day shifts between buildings, the whole unit straps firmly to a folding aluminum trolley with rubber wheels.
What we built into it
Trolley Base System
Silent rubber wheels roll smoothly over thresholds and rough concrete. A telescoping handle extends to 36.6 inches, and multiple hook-and-loop straps anchor the loaded bag securely to the trolley frame so it will not tip over.
Arranged Storage Compartments
Collapsible dividers split the main interior to hold tall bottles and cleaning tools upright. Around the exterior, fourteen utility pockets include a front trash bag pouch, elastic tool bands, a side mesh pocket, and an insulated pouch for cold drinks.
Hardboard Reinforced Shell
Dense 900D fabric resists scratches and sheds water splashes across daily maintenance rounds. A full top zipper closes the opening to block dust, while stiff boards inside the base and sidewalls support heavy loads without sagging.
